Appointments Our Bedford and Flower Mound offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The appointment desk, business office and medical assistant appointments are scheduled on Wednesday. Office visits are by appointment only, but emergencies that require immediate treatment will be accommodated as quickly as possible. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, PLEASE notify us as soon as possible, so we may serve other patients. Phone Calls Routine phone calls in regard to treatment programs, questions, or lab reports, etc., will usually be attended to at the end of the morning or by the end of the day. If your call is not answered by the end of the day, please call the office number and have Dr. Schoffler or Dr. Achille paged. In order to better serve our patients, the medical assistants and office manager have been trained to answer many of your concerns. Questions that are beyond their expertise will be answered by Dr. Schoffler or Dr. Achille. If your problem requires immediate attention, or if you will not be available later, please notify the person taking the call. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Emergency Calls Our office numbers are answered 24 hours a day to provide coverage for emergencies. We prefer that you contact the office before doing anything else to avoid delays. Most emergencies can be dealt with effectively at our office. Prescription Refills We STRONGLY urge you to call for refills during office hours, as records of the prescription must be kept for your safety.
